Responsibilities
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT departments
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, data models, and wireframes
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and future state requirements
- Create comprehensive test plans and validate solution effectiveness
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize BA methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Immediate availability to start within 1-2 weeks
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
