Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements for federal clients
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI/Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams
- Document requirements in clear, actionable business requirements documents
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing and implementation support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with federal/government clients
- Expertise in requirements gathering and process modeling (BPMN)
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- PMP or CBAP certification preferred
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
