Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define clear business objectives and functional specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital innovation.
- Create detailed User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) for development teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical engineering teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
