Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for system enhancements
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process maps, user stories, and technical specifications
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business needs
- Perform data validation and quality assurance for reporting systems
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the business representative
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or remote environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with requirement gathering methodologies and documentation tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or logistics data systems a plus
