Responsibilities

- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams

- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer between night and day shift teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-shift collaboration
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly desirable
