Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities during night shift operations
- Develop detailed requirement documents and process flow diagrams for cross-functional teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across global time zones using Jira and Confluence
- Create SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate critical datasets for reporting
- Design interactive dashboards in Tableau to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Document test cases and coordinate UAT with development teams
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or rotational schedule
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience documenting requirements for enterprise-level applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional written/verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently during off-hours with minimal supervision
