Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define business needs and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Design and maintain comprehensive data models, process flows, and system documentation (UML, Use Cases).
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure solution accuracy.
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the launch of new software releases.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of process improvement.
