Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and document processes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using SQL and Excel
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain Jira backlogs
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly valued
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, or fintech industries preferred
