Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor weekend operational metrics and generate detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with IT and Data teams to troubleshoot anomalies and resolve data discrepancies.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements for future development.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Availability to work rotating weekend shifts.
