Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to design data-driven solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Conduct impact assessments and ROI analysis for new initiatives
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure solution alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience documenting complex requirements in regulated industries
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
