Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) with active Texas bar membership
- 8+ years corporate law experience at top-tier law firm or in-house
- Proven track record in tech M&A and VC transactions
- Expertise in international data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong negotiation skills with $50M+ deal experience
- Proficient in corporate legal tech platforms (e.g., Litera, Lex Machina)
