Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years corporate law experience in tech sector
- Active NY State bar membership
- Expertise in SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Proven M&A transaction leadership ($50M+ deals)
- International contract negotiation experience
