Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to support company growth and efficiency in the El Paso market.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate operations, logistics management, or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, create reports, and make data-driven decisions.
