Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily corporate operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of administrative and operational staff.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's long-term goals.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and resource optimization.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding operational performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, industry regulations, and local Las Vegas business standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate operations, business management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is required.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to regional offices within Nevada.
