Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for 15+ corporate roles monthly
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for passive candidates across tech/finance sectors
- Collaborate with department heads to define talent requirements and employer branding
- Optimize ATS workflows and recruitment analytics for 30% time reduction
- Manage $200K recruitment budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Mentor junior recruiters on interview frameworks and candidate experience
- Drive DE&I initiatives through inclusive hiring practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years corporate recruitment experience with tech/finance focus
- Proven success scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Lever ATS
- Strong negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SPC or CIPD certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ placements in 24-month period
- Expertise in employer branding and talent pipeline development
- Ability to start within 7 days of interview process completion
