- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Lead month-end/year-end closing with SOX compliance
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and banking relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (NetSuite/SAP)
- Proven experience in high-growth tech environments
