Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Spearhead the development of complex web applications from conception through deployment, utilizing modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and microservices architectures.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features that exceed expectations.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
