Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic researchers
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business roadmaps
- Present findings to executive boards and investor groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or future scenario work
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
