Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-casting roles
- Proven track record of translating trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published author in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Experience with Delphi methods, SWOT analysis, and horizon scanning tools
