Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of 10+ employees.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and manage annual operational budgets.
- Coordinate with executive leadership to report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management.
