Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily corporate operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Analyze complex business data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans and KPIs to track performance.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for operational departments.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, management, and staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative problem-solving strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a related corporate field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and project management software.
