Responsibilities
- Oversee daily corporate operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s long-term business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance workflow and reduce costs.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasting for operational departments, ensuring resource allocation is optimal.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational health.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management, corporate administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
