Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategic direction and execution of our revolutionary Project 2026. As a key player in our elite product team, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and user-centric design, driving the roadmap for our most ambitious release to date. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution.
In this position, you will collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and marketers to define the product vision, ensuring that Project 2026 not only meets but exceeds market expectations.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional Agile squads to deliver high-quality features and enhancements on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and drive product differentiation.
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, impact, and strategic fit.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user journeys.
- Present complex product data and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software environments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products or major feature releases.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a larger organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
