Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to achieve project milestones
- Develop detailed project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets, risks, and issues with proactive mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reports and presentations
- Mentor junior project managers and implement continuous process improvements
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for project tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum methodologies with 50+ team members
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
