Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Jira and Asana
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Develop detailed project plans with resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using dashboards and status reporting tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Coach junior PMs and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with SaaS implementations
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall hybrid models
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Confluence
- Proven track record of managing $500k+ budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
