Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Resource Management: Strategically allocate resources across teams to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing clear, concise updates on project status.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement proactive strategies to keep projects on track.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the technology or consulting sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
- Location: Must reside within the Denver, Colorado area.
