Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in tech environments
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, MS Project)
