Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for federal technology initiatives using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and client stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage $2M+ budgets with rigorous financial tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security protocols
- Facilitate executive-level stakeholder communications and presentations
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience with federal government contracts
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana for project tracking
- Proven success managing complex IT infrastructure deployments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution expertise
- Active Secret clearance required
