Responsibilities

- Risk mitigation and issue resolution with proactive escalation strategies
- Performance tracking using Jira, Asana, and MS Project with KPI reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/cloud infrastructure projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $2M
