- Strategic planning and execution of Agile/Scrum methodologies with 15+ member teams
- Stakeholder alignment across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Risk mitigation and budget optimization for high-impact deliverables
- Implementation of Jira/Confluence for seamless project tracking
- Performance reporting and KPI dashboard development
- Mentorship of junior project managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in leadership
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
- Proven success in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in Waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
