Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception through deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and QA specialists
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and adjust scope/resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and progress reports
- Implement continuous improvement processes in project management workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or tech infrastructure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven success managing complex software/hardware integration projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with federal contracting compliance standards
