Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals to deliver enterprise-level projects on time and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain Jira/Asana boards for transparency
- Stakeholder management with C-level executives and external vendors
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement PMO best practices
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive dashboards with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in IT/software development
- Active PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $1M+ budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences
