Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture business needs, pain points, and functional requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications using Agile methodologies.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions, write test cases, and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or consulting environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with data modeling tools. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio is highly preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available and willing to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Agile/Scrum: Experience working within an Agile or Scrum development lifecycle.
