Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements specs, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift hours to implement data solutions
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours to gather business requirements
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in production systems
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership during morning handover meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or rotational shift experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Proven ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions under pressure
