Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ stakeholders across IT, engineering, and client organizations
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining contingency plans
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive-level reporting and status updates
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with IT infrastructure deployments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and multi-site implementations
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
