Responsibilities
- Document business requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives
- Create and maintain process documentation using Visio/JIRA
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Prepare executive dashboards with Power BI/Tableau
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (2023-2024 graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years experience in data analysis, process improvement, or consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Agile/Scrum a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
