- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical, executive, and client teams
- Resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget management
- Agile/Scrum methodology implementation with Jira proficiency
- Process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Cross-functional team leadership of 8-12 members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success delivering enterprise-level projects on time/budget
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and collaboration tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote/hybrid team management
