Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment across technical, business, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution in Agile/Scrum environments
- Budget management and resource optimization for cross-functional teams
- Implementation of PMO methodologies and quality assurance standards
- Vendor coordination and contract management for third-party integrations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with IT infrastructure or SaaS projects
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall hybrids
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M and teams of 10+ members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
