Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT/software development projects
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with SAFe framework knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M
