Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and vendor teams
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive process improvements through JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct post-project retrospectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/software delivery
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience managing $1M+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in KPI tracking
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
