Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks using advanced project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Coordinate resources and timelines to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Utilize JIRA and MS Project to track progress and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT or Tech sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $500k.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
