- End-to-end project lifecycle management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and optimization
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution strategies
- Budget forecasting and resource allocation oversight
- Performance tracking using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Mentorship of junior project managers
Qualifications
- 8+ years project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven success managing enterprise-level software projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid models
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote/distributed team coordination
