Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to define project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and transparent reporting.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the tech/corporate sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management software (JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
