As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation while ensuring cost efficiency
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage expectations throughout project execution
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities and document lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in technology or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and resource planning
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development processes
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
