Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Mentor junior project managers and team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in government/public sector
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing $500K+ budgets
- Ability to work in fast-paced, politically sensitive environments
