Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Oversee the entire project management lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
- Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and high performance.
- Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet strategic business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably within the technology or software development sector.
- Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with practical experience leading Agile ceremonies.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Tools: Expertise in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
