Responsibilities
- Lead & Strategize: Direct the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources and manage cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
- Risk Control: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members through regular status updates.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing detailed financial reports to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery methodologies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or technology sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Organization: Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
