Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
- Drive budget adherence and financial reporting for P&L accountability
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and change management processes
- Implement JIRA/Asana for task tracking and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech projects
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven success managing budgets $500K+
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
