- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
