Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Document requirements using industry-standard tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and MS Excel
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly desirable
- Proven track record in process optimization and requirements gathering
